It is a retainer agreement and a look at some of the procedures that we will follow to make sure that you are aware of all of your options regarding maximizing all tax losses from Ponzi schemes.  The agreement makes sure your tax matter is followed through to completion.  The agreement is subject to change to accommodate each individual situation.

My legal work must be completed in conjunction with your accountant or financial advisor who will be filing your Federal income, Federal estate, or state tax returns that might be affected.  The Firm does not file tax returns.
